Customers Overview
Customer records in SOLO Server contain contact/registration information about the customer, and each record is assigned a unique Customer ID that is generated by SOLO Server.
When you add a license in SOLO Server, it must be attached to a customer record. Depending on how the license is added, it may be necessary to create the customer record first and then add a license to it.
When using SOLO Server's integrated eCommerce, the customer record is automatically created when a customer first purchases, and then they can enter their login ID (email address or Customer ID) and Customer Password to purchase additional licenses in the future.
