Question: How do I remove the John Doe user?

| Answer: You can delete the user by going to database tab. Select the owners tab at the bottom. Bring up the owner record for John Doe. Click on the Delete button and click Yes to confirm the deletion. This will mark the records as deleted. To purge them from the database, use the Wizards|Deleted Records|Purge menu option. See your help file for more information. |
