Viewing Audit History
Audit history can be viewed through the view audit history page. This page can be reached as follows for each audit type:
- Authors: From the menu, select Admin / Audit History.
- Licenses: On the license details page, click the Actions / License / View Audit History menu in the page heading. Note this is only available when license auditing is enabled.
- Products: On the product details page, click the Actions / View Audit History menu in the page heading.
- Product Options: On the product option details page, click the Actions / View Audit History menu in the page heading.
- Users: On the user configuration page, click the "View Audit History" button in the page heading.
On first load, the audit history page will display a listing of audit records sorted by the date. 20 results are shown at a time - use the arrows along the right at the top/bottom of the page to browse through the history. To view details on a specific audit entry, click the View link. The view page will display basic information on the audit record such as the date and user who made the modification, followed by a listing of all changed database columns with the old and new values. Note that the ColumnName in the listing is the name of the column in the database and may not directly map to the label displayed in the user interface.
