Return Reasons
Another marketing feature offered by SOLO Server is tracking of return reasons. Authors can configure a list of return reasons which will show up in a drop down list on the refund page. By using these and running the Reasons for Returns Report, you can get an idea of why people or returning each product.
To configure return reasons, from the menu select Store / Return Reasons. A list of any existing reasons will be displayed. The view, edit, or delete an existing reason, click the View, Edit, or Del links. To add a new reason, click the Add New button at the top. Return reasons are defined by the following options:
- Reason
- The reason name - this will appear in the drop down.
- Description
- An extended description of the reason.
