User Welcome Mailings

This mailing is sent if a Welcome Mailing is selected when creating a new SOLO Server user account.

Mailing Parameters

The following search and replace fields are supported for this mailing:

• [varName] - The account User Name.
• [varUserID] - The account User ID.
• [varPassword] - The account password.
• [varLoginURL] - The URL to the log in page.
• [varResetURL] - The URL to the reset password page. If this variable is detected, the new user account will have the password reset fields set, and this URL will take the user to a page where they can enter their own password without needing to know the current account password.

How to Send

When adding a new user, optionally set the Welcome Mailing field to a mailing to send to the new user once the user account is created.
