Activation (Product) Mailings

This mailing sent to the customer when any license for this Product is activated for the first time.

It will also be sent when using postregdata.asp if the customer email address was blank prior to that registration and if the license has only one activation logged.

Mailing Parameters

This mailing supports the following search and replace parameters:

• [varFirstName] - The customer's first name.
• [varProductName] - The product name.
• [varProductID] - The Product ID.

How to Send

After configuring the mailing, to enable it for a specific Product:

• Use the menu Configure / Products.
• Click on a Product.
• Use the drop-down Actions / Edit to get to the Edit Product page.
• Set the Product Activation Mailing field to the correct mailing.
